Below are some videos that illustrate some of the stretches that can be performed with the Flexistretcher. We have chosen several ballet-specific stretches that are difficult to accomplish on your own or with other stretching aids on the market.

Note: These stretches are all extremely advanced. When you order your Flexistretcher you will recieve a larger set of instructions which includes beginner stretches as well as "extreme" stretches.

ARABESQUE | SIDE SPLIT | FLOOR SPLIT | SIDE DEVELOPPPE | GRAND ROND DE JAMBE

ARABESQUE
The arabesque is a fundamental ballet position.  Finding the correct placement within the position and increasing extension is a critical part of any ballet training program.

SIDE SPLIT
The side split is a fundamental part of training for any sport or activity where flexibility is important.  Simply achieving a split is only the first step – increasing strength within the position is an equally important part of the stretch process.

FLOOR SPLIT

SIDE DEVELOPPE
Maximizing your side developpe extension may be the most “noticeable” change to your ballet performance.  In photo shoots and auditions, dancers with the strongest développés often stand out from the crowd.
